1st (Common And professional way)
Step1: From toolbox Select Brush or simple click (B)
Step2: From top panel select Brush Preset Picker
Step3: Now click The small Button 
Step4: Now simple select Load Brushes >> Browse your brushes >> Click OK.
2nd (Most Easy and my style to install ;) )
Simple copy your brushes (.ABR) and paste it at the following path
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Brushes
(this path is default, where photoshop installed, It might be changed)
